Commemoration of the supernatural miracle of the Archangels in Amvrakia Thermoutranslated

Amvrakia Thermou, one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages of the Municipality of Thermou, was visited on Sunday, August 9, 2026 by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Aetolia and Acarnania, Mr. Damaskinos. The mountainous community of Amvrakia is located on the slopes of Mount Panitoliko, drowned in greenery, surrounded by vast forests and springs. It belongs to the villages of mountainous Trichonida that have been included in the Leader Plus mountain program. The natural environment blends harmoniously with the traditional architecture: houses with roofs made of stone slabs or tiles, cobblestones, stone cisterns and cisterns, compose an image of an authentic mountain settlement.
