His Eminence first questioned whether Greece's agreement with Bulgaria, which was signed on October 3rd in Thessaloniki, is the beginning of a negotiation or whether it is the beginning and the end. And this because, as noted by Metropolitan Mr. Panteleimon, by giving the bones of Tsar Samuel, the Greek position was left powerless, as there is no longer a negotiation paper to request more holy relics.
