USA: In Dallas the second Conference of Young Prieststranslated

After the success of the first event, held last March in Boca Raton, Florida, The Chant Stand is organizing the Young Aspiring Chanters Conference (YAC) for the second year. This year's event will take place from October 23 to 25, 2026, at the Holy Trinity Church in Dallas, Texas. The conference is addressed to every Orthodox Christian from 18 to 35 years old, regardless of their ecclesiastical jurisdiction or their more specialized knowledge in the subject and includes a three-day course in Byzantine chanting and worship. Participants are to apprentice under Lead Singers Samuel Herron, Joshua Boyd and Peter Elgohary.
On Saturday night, The Chant Stand and the Young Adult League of Holy Trinity are also organizing a dinner with dances ("Feast"), which can be attended by both delegates and young people from the wider Orthodox community.
The conference will conclude on Sunday, October 25 with the High Priestly Divine Liturgy, presided over by His Eminence the Metropolitan of Denver Mr. Constantine, during which only the participants in the conference will sing.
