The feast of Agios Dionysios Areopagitos in Patrastranslated

In the newly built, circumscribed Holy Church of Agios Dionysios of Areopagitos, in the Zarouhleika area of Patras, the Feast of the great father and hieromartyr of our Church, the close disciple of the heavenly Apostle Paul, was celebrated with splendor and with the participation of a large number of believers. On the eve, the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Patras, Mr. Chrysostomos, officiated and spoke in a crowded Church, who especially wished the Judges and all those involved in Justice, who honor Saint Dionysios the Areopagite, as their patron.

His Eminence spoke about truth and justice and analyzed their meaning and importance in Ancient Greece and the meaning given to them by the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Holy Apostles and the Fathers of the Church. Truth and Justice is our Lord Himself, His Holiness emphasized.
