With particular splendor was the reception of the Holy Right of our Holy Father Nektarios, Bishop of Pentapolis the Wonderworker, which was transferred from the holy island of Aegina to the Holy Church of the Dormition of the Virgin in the Good Waters of Pelion.

Following the blessing of the Venerable Metropolitan of Hydra, Spetses and Aegina, Mr. Ephraim, the Holy Relic was consecrated by the Protosygellos of our Holy Metropolis, Archimandrite Nektarios Dardanos.

The Most Reverend Metropolitan of Dimitrias and Almyros, Mr. Ignatios, was represented by the Proto-Sygello of his Holy Diocese, Archimandrite Maximos Papaioannou. Fr. Maximos welcomed the Holy Right in the propylaea of ​​the aforementioned Holy Temple and, with warm words, thanked the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Hydra, Spetses and Aegina Mr. Ephraim for the great blessing of the presence of the Holy Relic in the region of Pelion.
