The rapid development of artificial intelligence is one of the most important challenges of our time. Artificial intelligence (AI) models that process information, produce speech, solve problems and support - sometimes even recommend - decisions are dynamically entering our daily lives. At the same time, however, a deeper question emerges: if this particular technology can reproduce more and more human functions, what is it that remains uniquely human?
The answer cannot be reduced to a comparison of capabilities between humans and AI models. The very meaning of human existence needs to be sought. According to Christian anthropology, man is created "in the image of God" (Gen. 1:26-27). His value, therefore, does not derive from his intelligence, productivity or performance, but is a fundamental feature of his existence. It doesn't need to prove its usefulness to be valuable.
