Dimitriados Ignatios in 60'' - It's Sower Sunday (VIDEO)translated

Watch the short video prepared by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Dimitrias and Almyros, Mr. Ignatios, for the Sunday of the Sower (D'Luke).

"Christ spoke of the Word of God. And it is the Word of God, different from human speech. The Word of God is a person! It is Christ himself. The Word of God differs from human speech, because human speech often leads to rupture, to conflict. The Word of God is the word of Truth.

It is the Word that ultimately leads to one thing, to Love! And the Word of God that leads to Love, that is to Truth, brings man to the Church, because in the Church, the Word of God becomes the Body and Blood of Christ. And the Church, with the Word of God, communes with people, communes with all of us. In our time, words are superfluous. Even the machine talks! But the true word is one, it is Christ! Christ in the Church. And the Church's gift to man today is the communion of love. We will save her in our Church, Amen".
