The Holy Synod of the Church of Greece for the 50th anniversary of Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Dodonitranslated

The Holy Synod of the Church of Greece, with a warm and particularly honorable letter to the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Dodoni Mr. Chrysostomos, expressed its heartfelt wishes and congratulations for the completion of fifty years of high priestly ministry. In the Synodical Letter, special reference is made to His Eminence's diverse ecclesiastical career and contribution, as well as to his five decades of high priestly ministry with devotion, pastoral care and love for the Church. In response, Metropolitan Dodonis emotionally thanked the Blessed President and the members of the Holy Synod for this honorable expression of love, attributing to God all the good that has borne fruit during his fifty-year high priestly career. At the same time, he emphasized that the wishes of the Holy Synod are for him spiritual reinforcement for the continuation of his ecclesiastical ministry.
