Serron Theologos: "The Synod Church is a name"translated

In the holy Church of St. Dimitriou Terpnis officiated Rev. Metropolitan of Serres and Nigrite Mr. Theologian, on Sunday July 19, 2026, the day on which our holy Orthodox Church liturgically honors the memory of the 630 God-giving Fathers, who constituted the Fourth Ecumenical Synod in Chalcedon (451 AD). Before the dismissal of the i. Priesthood, Rev. Pastor of the Church of Serres, Mr. Theologos, spoke inspiringly to the large congregation, about the greatest contribution of today's brilliantly celebrated God-bearing Fathers, who, as he characteristically noted, excelled and shone, like bright stars, contributing the most to the formation of the doctrine of confusion and indivision while the two natures, the divine and the human, in the theandrian person of the Lord and Savior of the world, Jesus Christ and in the unity of the ecclesiastical Body.
