Seraphim of Piraeus: "The modern Auxiliary Bishops are the Bishops of the Holy Canons"translated

The Metropolitan of Piraeus Mr. Seraphim returns to the issue of the regularity of Assistant Bishops a few days after the publication of his first position on the issue.  In detail in his today's article under the title "Modern Auxiliary Bishops are the Provincial Bishops of the Holy Canons", the Venerable Mr. Seraphim states:
