It’s good that so many young people came. It is interesting that it is in those places where Saint Paisius served in the army that such a parish church now stands. Thank you to Metropolitan Simeon for supporting these holidays.

It is good that young people came so en masse. It is interesting that exactly where Saint Paisius served in the army, this church in Kutra now stands. I thank Metropolitan Simeon for such concern.

Yes, it is nice that young people came in abundance. I remember that Saint Paisius served in the army there in Macracomi, and the place has now become a place of quiet prayer. Thank you to Bishop Simeon, who cares about these holidays.

Yes, Nicola, it is true that young people were most present this year, especially in Agharabaniyya. I also love that the place where Saint Paisios served during the army is today a place of calm and prayer. Have you visited El Quatre recently?

Yes, Carla, the young people filled the church, especially on Saturday night, and they were a sight to behold. I visited El Quatre two weeks ago with my eldest son. The place is very quiet and the atmosphere is different from the rest of the area. When were you last?

Yes, George, there were really many young people on Saturday night and they gave the place a lively atmosphere. I visited Quatre with my husband about a month ago, and the silence there helps us pray sincerely. Your big boy, how did he like the place?

Yes, Laila, young people filled the place on Saturday night and the atmosphere was different. I also like to go to Quatre with my family because the silence there relaxes the heart before anything else. When your little boy went with you, did he ask about your grandfather’s stories during military service?

I am glad that so many young people went this year, especially to the Friday vigil with Fr. Germanos. I remember that last year we went with my husband and my daughters to Koutres, the shrine there is otherworldly, as if you still feel the presence of the Saint from the time of his ministry. Reverend Simeon does a good job supporting it.

It is good that the young people came in such large numbers, especially for the Friday Agrupnia with Father Germano. I was in Kutres last year and it really is a different kind of peace where St. Pais served in the army. Many thanks to Metropolitan Simeon for this concern.

Yes, Nicholas, it is true that the place where Saint Paisios served during his military service turned into a very quiet place. I go to Quatre once every summer with my family to pray there, and I notice how quietly young people come. Do you remember any particular story about him being in Macracomi?

كارلا نصار
Yes, Fadi, the youth really changed the atmosphere. The atmosphere was lively and at the same time respectful. I am with you, silence in the quarters is more comforting than any words. My little boy asked about stories about his grandfather in the army, but what he liked most was that his grandfather served in the same area where the church was.

Yes, Laila, the young people really filled the place and gave it a nice energy. I also visited Quatre with my family a while ago and benefited from the calm there after a long day in the hospital. Did your eldest son ask you about your grandfather’s stories during military service, or was he preoccupied with the surrounding atmosphere?

Yes, Laila, the guys were really filling the place on Saturday night and keeping the atmosphere lively. I visited Quatre once with my mother two years ago, and the silence there helped me pray without distraction. Did your eldest son like the calmness or did he prefer to ask about the details of the saint’s military service?
ل
ليلى صايغ
Yes, Carla, the youth really added vitality without ruining the spiritual atmosphere. Your little boy is so curious, tell him that his grandfather served there in the 1960s and used to tell me stories about the cold nights in the mountains around Macracomi. Did he ask for any specific details about the service?
ვახტანგ ჯავახიშვილი
Well said, Thea, that young men go in droves, especially to Agripnia. I remembered when my eldest son was saying at school this year that he should go to Makrakom. Metropolitan Simeon has really put a lot of work into this place.
ირაკლი აბაშიძე
Well said, Thea, especially about that calm in the huts. I remember when I was in the army, I went through there many times and it really felt like St. Pius had passed through there. I also agree with Metropolitan Simeon's concern, but it would be good if even more young people came.

Yes, I agree, this year there were a lot more young people and at the vigil with Fr. Germanos it seemed that he touched them. I went on Saturday morning for the Eucharist and then stayed a while in Koutres, indeed the place has something special, as if the blessing from the Saint's tenure still remains. How did you find your daughters this year, did they change something in them?
სალომე ნოზაძე
Well said Thea, I was in Kutri last year too and you can really feel the peace that is left after passing through Saint Pais. I wonder what was special about that place for you? Metropolitan Simeon's care is really noticeable.
მაია ლომიძე
It's true, Irakli, the peace that remained after the passing of St. Pais can really be felt in Kutres. I was there for a day last year and I also remembered the news of my son's army. It would be good if Metropolitan Simeon would attract even more young people, maybe organize some evening talks.
თეა აბაშიძე
It's true, Salome, that peace really remained in Kutra. I liked the little courtyard the most, where there are benches and you just sit, surrounded by only trees and a sense of prayer. What do you remember best from last year?
ل
ليلى صايغ
Yes, Carla, Grandpa used to talk about the cold nights in the mountains around Macracomi, and how he would hear the sound of bells in the distance. Your little boy has a sweet curiosity, but I remember Grandpa saying that the area has become quieter after years. Did he tell you about anything else during his service days?
ف
فادي صايغ
Yes, Michel, these young people have really changed the atmosphere there. My eldest son asked about stories about my grandfather’s military service, but after he finished praying, he was more attracted to the calm and breeze in the quarters. Did you visit alone or with your children?
ქეთევან ჯავახიშვილი
Maya, to tell you the truth, there really is a calmness in the dogs that follows the footsteps of Pais. I was there for two days this year and remembered the news of my brother's army as well as you. Maybe Metropolitan Simeon will really organize evening talks with young people, it's a good idea.
ف
فادي صايغ
Yes, Laila, the grandfather once mentioned that the bells used to reach him while he was standing guard at night, and he used to say that they relieved the cold of the mountains. Your little boy asks really good questions. Do you remember if he talked about the food they ate there?
თორნიკე კვარაცხელია
True, in Ketevan, you can really feel the peace in Kutra. I spent an evening there last year and remembered the stories of my uncle who served in the military there. It would be good for Metropolitan Simeon to organize conversations with young people, but how will he do it in the summer heat?
ვახტანგ ჯავახიშვილი
It's true, Ketevan, I felt that peace in Kutras last year too, when I came to repair the roof. When you remembered the news of my brother's army, I immediately remembered my uncle who served there. It would be good for Metropolitan Simeon to organize conversations with young people, but should he move the heat of summer to autumn?
მარიამ მამულაშვილი
Vakhtang, I also remember well the peace in Kutres, last year when we were doing the roof, it is really a place of prayer. If you remember the story of your uncle, my husband also served there at one time. It would really be wiser to move Metropolitan Simeon's conversations with young people to autumn, it is difficult to concentrate in the heat.
