The camps of the Holy Metropolis of Argolis on Mount Farmaka have beguntranslated

The campers of the 1st period, students of the Primary and 1st High School, arrived at the camp of the Holy Metropolis of Argolis on July 2, 2026. The consecration was performed by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Argolis, Mr. Nektarios, who gave the camp the name "Moments of Holiness". The children presented their groups and sang with joy and enthusiasm, creating a particularly warm and festive atmosphere.

At the end, His Eminence expressed his warm thanks to the Chief, Mrs. Christina Matthaiou-Theodorou, the Deputy Chief, Mrs. Dimitra Krustalli, the camp staff, as well as the kitchen volunteers for their valuable and selfless offer.

A total of four sessions are planned for this year's camp season: two four-day sessions for students and two for veteran campers.

Farmakas camps are located at an altitude of 1150 m on Mount Farmakas in a wonderful fir forest. In 2015, they were granted by the Municipality of Argos Mycenae to the Holy Metropolis of Argolis and the renovation works began.
