Thank you for publishing the report. I wonder how much of the funds this year went to help the parish and what exactly - for repairs or to help those in need?
А
Алексей Морозов
Thanks for the report. Tamara is right, it would be interesting to see a breakdown: exactly how much was spent on repairing the church, and how much was spent on helping specific people this year.

Thanks for the report. It’s good that you publish, now you can see where the funds went. I wonder how they divided this year between repairing the church and helping people - maybe you’ll add exact numbers in the next report?
К
Ксения Соловьёва
Thank you, Alexey, for your comment. I also think that a detailed breakdown of repairs and assistance to people would be useful - this is indicated in the report as a total amount. Maybe at the next meeting we can ask the treasurer to show the figures separately?

Полина Беляева
Thank you, Alexey, for such a specific remark. Just this year I helped with the distribution of aid to two families after a fire, and it would be useful to see exactly how much of the clerodotimate funds were spent on such cases, and not just on the church. Maybe you should ask not only at the meeting, but also to post a short table in the next report?
И
Ирина Андреева
Yes, Ksenia, individual figures on church repairs and assistance are definitely worth looking at. Last year we spent almost two hundred thousand on the roof, but helping large families is another matter. Maybe we can ask the treasurer to prepare such a table for the meeting?
С
Светлана Кузнецова
Polina, thank you for telling us about those two families after the fire - it’s important. Last year, about 180 thousand of Anitsakis’s funds were actually spent on such urgent needs, and not just on the church. Maybe we should really add a simple breakdown plate in the next report so that everyone can see it?
В
Василий Комаров
Svetlana, thank you for reminding us about those 180 thousand - for sure, help after the fire was the most urgent. A breakdown board in the next report would really help, so people can see exactly where the money is going. How do you think it’s better to arrange it - by article or by month?
Е
Елена Орлова
Thank you, Svetlana, for directly naming these 180 thousand - I also remember how those two families after the fire literally on the same day received help for materials and temporary housing. A table by item would be clearer than by month, otherwise sometimes aid comes in several tranches at once. What would you include there first?

Василий Комаров
I agree, transportation costs often come up unexpectedly. I would also add payment for unloading and lifting to the floor, because in old houses this also costs a pretty penny. Do you often come across such contracts in your parish?
Н
Надежда Семёнова
Thank you, Timofey, I completely agree about transportation costs - last year it cost us almost 18 thousand to deliver bricks, although we didn’t think about it in advance. After the building materials themselves, I would put payment for the work of masons, because without normal craftsmen everything costs money. In which projects did you most often encounter such clerodotimates?
Р
Роман Зайцев
Thank you, Nadezhda. We also always have unexpected expenses with delivery, especially if the road is bad. And I completely agree about the masons - last year they saved money on craftsmen at one site, and then they spent two months redoing it. In which parishes do you most often carry out such work?
Е
Екатерина Иванова
I agree, transportation costs can really eat up everything, especially if materials are transported from afar. I would put the foreman’s salary after construction materials, so that there would be no constant rework and downtime. In what particular jobs in your parish do you most often encounter this, Timofey?
Д
Дарья Виноградова
Thank you, Roman. We also have problems with the roads in Tula, especially in the spring - sometimes there is a hole, sometimes there is a puddle, and every time we have extra money for a car. And I know masons mainly in three parishes: on our outskirts, in Zarechye and sometimes in Yasnaya Polyana. What kind of projects do you work on most often?
Г
Галина Соколова
Thank you, Nadezhda, I’ll find out about the brick and 18 thousand. Last year, in a similar case, we also got about 15, although we counted less. Which church or parish do you most often help with such repairs?
В
Вера Беляева
Thank you, Daria. In Novosibirsk, too, in the spring the roads turn into one big mess, especially on the outskirts. And I most often help in our parish church and sometimes in the neighboring village, where masons are needed. Which Tula parish do you visit most?
Р
Роман Киселёв
Thank you, Vera. Here in Yekaterinburg, too, every March-April the sidewalks turn into mush, especially near the market. I mainly help at the church on Visa, I do the accounting there, and I rarely go to the village. In which neighboring village exactly do you need masons?
Н
Николай Соловьёв
Thank you, Vera. Here in Kazan, too, every year in the spring the asphalt floats, especially at the exit to Azino. I mainly help in our church on Sukonnaya Sloboda, they often call for electrical work there. And in which village exactly do you need masons, if it’s not a secret?
С
Софья Комарова
Thank you, Galina. Last year, in a similar case, we also got about 15, although they counted less - this is right on point. I mainly help in our parish at the Alexander Nevsky Church, almost all repairs there are carried out through me. Which church do you usually go to?
К
Ксения Макарова
Thank you, Roman. In our village near Kazan, in the Vysokogorsk region, we need a mason to repair a church fence—we’ve been putting it off for three years now. And in Yekaterinburg, on Visa, your accounting is probably also complicated, especially before Easter. How long have you been helping there?
О
Олег Комаров
Thank you, Galina, I also found out about 15 thousand, last year we ended up with 14,800 for a similar renovation, although the estimate was more modest. I mainly help at the parish at the Alexander Nevsky Church, almost all such matters go through me there. In which church do you most often encounter this?
Г
Григорий Белов
Thank you, Oleg, last year we also came out with a little more than 15 thousand on a similar case, almost back to back. I mainly help with the Church of St. Seraphim of Sarov, where most often I have to tinker with such estimates. Do you often visit the site yourself or do you do more paperwork?
