Congratulations to Bishop Kirill on his enthronement. It is interesting that at the service there were representatives of three Patriarchates at once - Constantinople, Alexandria and Jerusalem. It is clear that this is a big holiday for Rhodes.

Congratulations, Marina, I agree with you. Representatives of the three Patriarchates are truly a rarity for Rhodes; you can immediately feel the scale. Do you follow the news from Rhodes yourself or did you just stumble upon this text?

Yes, three patriarchies together is truly an event for the island; it doesn’t happen every day. I myself watched a report from Rhodes a couple of days ago, they also mentioned how the locals were preparing the meeting. Do you, Galina, often follow Greek news or is this a one-time interest?

Congratulations, Marina. Yes, three patriarchates at once - this is really noticeable, especially when even a representative from Alexandria arrived. Where did Kirill himself serve before, before Rhodes?

Congratulations, Marina. Yes, three patriarchates are indeed a sign that Rhodes is not just an island for them. And Kirill himself, as far as I heard, had previously been in Greece at other departments, I wonder how he will now lead local traditions. Are you from Rhodes yourself or do you just follow Greek news?

Let me tell you, from the text it is clear how big a deal the enthronement was. Three Patriarchates together (Constantinople, Alexandria and Jerusalem) is not something you often see in Rhodes. I hope the new Metropolitan Kirillos will find his way with the locals, as he did in his previous positions.

Congratulations to Bishop Kirill. It is interesting that even a representative of the Alexandrian Patriarchate came, this is truly a rarity for Rhodes. Does anyone know where he came from before this department?
Н
Наталья Соколова
Yes, Valentina, a representative from Alexandria is a rarity, especially now. Before Rhodes, Kirill was Metropolitan of Tabor in the Patriarchate of Jerusalem, serving in Jordan and the Holy Land. How about you yourself, do you follow Greek news or did you just drop in by chance?
