Meeting of the Metropolitan of Paramythia with the Mayor of Soulitranslated

The Most Reverend Metropolitan of Paramythia, Filiaton, Giromeri and Parga Mr. Serapion was welcomed at the City Hall by the Mayor of Souli Athanasios Danis. The meeting took place in a particularly positive and constructive atmosphere, with the discussion being comprehensive and focusing on issues concerning the local community, social cohesion and solidarity, as well as the possibilities of further strengthening the cooperation between the Municipality and the Holy Metropolis.

At the same time, possibilities for implementing joint actions and initiatives for the benefit of citizens and the local community were examined, with an emphasis on supporting our vulnerable fellow citizens and highlighting the social, cultural and spiritual identity of the place.

The meeting confirmed the will of both sides for continuous communication and substantial cooperation, with a view to the common interest and the improvement of the quality of life of the citizens.
