We have started accepting applications for the children's creativity competition “The Beauty of God's World”translated

The Department of Religious Education and Catechesis of the Simbirsk Diocese invites schoolchildren to take part in the international competition of children's creativity "The Beauty of God's World: the Peoples of a United Russia", dedicated to the Year of the Unity of the Peoples of Russia. The organizers of the competition are the Synodal Department of Religious Education and Catechesis and the autonomous non-profit organization Center for Educational and Cultural Initiatives “Generation”; the project is being implemented with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives. The competition is held from September 1 to October 20, 2026, students from 9 to 17 years of general education organizations, secondary vocational education and vocational training organizations, additional education organizations, Sunday schools, and pupils of other children's institutions can take part in it.

Reflecting in their works everything that surrounds them in everyday life - their family, friends, home and city, nature in its various manifestations, transferring to paper their vision of the world created by God, children learn to see the beauty around them, and therefore to love their land, their Motherland.
