Visitors to film screenings of the XXIII International Charity Film Festival of Good Cinema “Radiant Angel” will be able to watch 156 films from 11 countries.

The festival will be held from October 31 to November 6, 2026 at the Poklonka cinema of the Victory Museum in Moscow, the organizers told Foma magazine.

All shows, creative meetings and master classes at the “Radiant Angel” will be free with advance reservation.

At a press conference dedicated to the start of the film festival, they said that more than half of the program - 81 films - is intended for children, youth and family viewing. The paintings give a reason to talk about trust, care and relationships between generations.

In 2026, the organizers of “Radiant Angel” allocated a separate youth track - these are creative meetings, discussions and laboratories with directors and bloggers.

The opening film of the festival will be “Philately” directed by Natalia Nazarova.
