Okay, the initiative sounds good. Katarina, your local girl who comes to study in Belgrade might even fit the bill, especially if she likes church singing. May God grant that more young people gather, because in our parish the choir is made up of old people.
It might be a good idea to contact the Youth Department directly, they have contacts for the choir there. If she is from our area, tell her not to be shy, the people in "Svetoč" are really nice and they welcome new singers. Thanks for forwarding.
