It’s good that the Metropolitan spoke directly about the formality - here in Rostov it also happens that they put an icon in the corridor and that’s all. And young people at universities really need to not just be “embraced,” but be able to talk to them in a matter-of-fact manner, without bureaucratic talk. I wonder how exactly the meeting with the rectors ended, what they decided on practice?
