Metropolitan Ekaterinburg and Verkhoturye Evgeniy visited educational institutions in Krasnodartranslated

On October 26, 2026, within the framework of the XXXII All-Kuban spiritual and educational Cyril and Methodius readings, the chairman of the Synodal Department of Religious Education and Catechesis, Metropolitan Ekaterinburg and Verkhoturye Evgeniy visited educational institutions in the city of Krasnodar.

Within the walls of the Ekaterinodar Theological Seminary, a meeting between the Bishop and teachers and students of the theological school took place. Metropolitan Eugene made a report on the activities of the Synodal Department of Religious Education and Catechesis of the Russian Orthodox Church.

During his speech, the archpastor elaborated on the key areas of the department’s work. Special attention was paid to the progress of the Patriarchal Bible study program, as well as the holding of a competition of Orthodox video bloggers.

At the end of the meeting, listeners were able to ask questions and communicate with the bishop in an informal setting.

Also, Metropolitan of Yekaterinburg and Verkhoturye Evgeniy visited the Institute for Educational Development of the Krasnodar Territory.
