Feast of Saint Demetrius in Karavados Pediados...translated
On Monday, October 26, the feast of Saint Demetrius the Great Martyr, Rev. Our Metropolitan Mr. Andreas celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Cemetery Church of the same name in Karavados Pediados. The venerable Pastor spoke to us about the venerable Saint Demetrius and his Martyrdom. Before the dismissal, His Holiness appointed the vicar of the parish, Father Dimitrios Christodoulakis, as steward. Finally, the offered breads were blessed and a trisago was performed for the deceased in the cemetery.
