In Bose, Italy, an Orthodox spirituality conference dedicated to St. Cuv. Pachomiatranslated

A new edition of the International Inter-Christian Conference of Orthodox Spirituality is being held at the Bose Monastery in Italy from September 8-11. This year's edition is entitled "Abba Pahomie - at the origins of community life".
His Beatitude Father Patriarch Daniel sent a message on Wednesday, and on Friday Patriarch John X of Antioch will address the participants.
"The monastic communities inspired by St. Venerable Pachomius still today give testimony to the fact that the Gospel is at the foundation of a life in which prayer, work, hospitality, forgiveness and mutual responsibility give rise to an authentic culture of communion", transmitted the Blessed Father Patriarch Daniel.
"The legacy of Saint Pachomius teaches us that any ecclesial community - parish, monastery or family - finds its unity in Christ and is built through prayer, obedience, service and sacrificial love, and the one who serves God with faith lives according to the teaching of the Holy Scriptures."
Patriarch Daniel's delegate at the event is the Most Reverend Father Maxim Danubian, Vicar Bishop of the Romanian Orthodox Diocese of Italy.
