Krasnoyarsk parishioners prayed for Russian soldiers during the Liturgy in the Church of St. Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimirtranslated

Parishioners of the Church of the Resurrection of Christ in the city of Krasnoyarsk, led by full-time cleric Priest Andrei Okrugin, made a trip to the Church of St. Prince Vladimir, where the Divine Liturgy was celebrated.

During the service, special prayers were offered for the soldiers: for the granting of health, mental and physical strength, God’s protection and help in serving the Fatherland. Participants in the service also prayerfully honored the memory of the soldiers who laid down their lives for the faith, the Fatherland and their neighbors.

Those gathered were called upon to keep the memory of the fallen in their hearts and to tirelessly pray for peace, for the defenders of the Fatherland and for everyone who needs the mercy and strengthening of the Lord.
