The Holy Synod approved a number of liturgical texts, including troparia, kontakion and magnification of the images of the Mother of God revered in Belarustranslated

On October 22, 2026, participants in the meeting of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church heard a report from the chairman of the Synodal Liturgical Commission, Metropolitan Ambrose of Tver and Kashin, on the submission of a number of liturgical texts for approval by the Holy Synod (journal No. 81).

The members of the Synod decided to approve for general church liturgical use:

the troparion, kontakion and glorification of the Most Holy Theotokos in honor of the icon called “The All-Tsarina”, sung in the city of Minsk; troparion, kontakion and glorification of the Most Holy Theotokos in honor of the icon called “Suknevich”; troparion and kontakion to the Most Holy Theotokos in honor of the icon called “Voroninskaya”; troparion, kontakion and glorification of the Most Holy Theotokos in honor of the icon called “Podlesskaya”; Troparion, kontakion and prayer to the Venerable Martyr Sergius (Shein) and martyrs Yuri Novitsky and John Kovsharov.
