Clergy of the Odintsovo diocese took part in the Blachernae educational readingstranslated

Diocesan responsible for family, motherhood and childhood issues, Priest Dimitry Pishcherkov, and those responsible for the deanery of the Odintsovo diocese took part in the Conference for participants in the Blachernae educational readings.
On August 20, at the Dmitrov Museum and Exhibition Complex, a ceremonial meeting of the participants of the Blachernae General Educational Readings was held, at which plans were outlined for holding the Readings in 2026 and developing the project in all municipalities of the Moscow region. The meeting began with a tour of the exhibition “Dmitrov Region: XVIII–XX centuries.” and continued with a meeting in the main hall.
The Blachernae readings are a large-scale educational forum that has been held on Dmitrov land since 2016. The project received its name in honor of the return of the miraculous Blachernae Icon of the Mother of God to the Spaso-Blachernae Convent in the village of Dedenevo. The readings take place within the framework of a cooperation agreement between the Union of Orthodox Women of the Moscow Region and the Moscow Metropolis of the Russian Orthodox Church.
