Quo Vadis International Film Festival 2026 will include an exhibition of Orthodox photography: How to participatetranslated

Quo Vadis International Film Festival 2026, in collaboration with Byzanfest, organizes an exhibition of Orthodox photography with the theme "Near me: Orthodoxy in the world".
Anyone can apply for the final selection by submitting a maximum of two photos that reflect the Christian Orthodox faith as it is manifested in other parts of the world than countries with a majority Orthodox population (such as some countries on the European continent, Russia and Ukraine).
"When we think of the places where Orthodox Christianity is present, Greece, Russia, Romania, also known as the Old World, usually come to mind. However, over time, Orthodoxy has reached the shores of all continents on Earth, including America, Asia, Australia and beyond," Byzanfest representatives say.
"These new countries, cultures and people who have embraced the faith have helped to enrich the way Orthodox Christianity is manifested."
What themes can photos have? The organizers want to include in the exhibition expressions of Orthodoxy in countries and regions where believers are a minority - for example, Australia, the Middle East, China,...
