Bishop Vincent celebrated the Liturgy at the Iveron Church in Shipitsynotranslated

On October 25, 2026, on the 21st Sunday after Pentecost, the day of remembrance of the holy fathers of the VII Ecumenical Council, on the eve of the patronal celebration of the Iveron Icon of the Mother of God, Bishop Vikenty of Tarsk and Tyukalin led the Divine Liturgy in the Iveron Church in the village of Shipitsyno, Bolsherechensk district.

Concelebrating with His Eminence were: the secretary of the diocesan administration, priest Mikhail Safichuk, the dean of the Bolsherechensky church district, archpriest Andrey Reshitov, the rector of the church, hieromonk Tikhon (Kutmin), and the cleric of the deanery, priest Alexander Zubov.

At the special litany, special petitions were offered, Bishop Vincent read a prayer for Holy Rus'.

At the end of the service, the archpastor congratulated the clergy and worshipers on Little Easter and the upcoming patronal feast day, recalling the special favor of the Most Holy Theotokos towards us all.

For diligent work for the Glory of God for the benefit of the Tara diocese of our Church and on the occasion of the throne day, the rector of the church, Hieromonk Tikhon (Kutmin), was awarded the badge “250 years of the Spassky Cathedral.”
