Thanks for this story. It is good that Bishop Siluan personally came to the liturgy in the new cathedral, especially on the day of Sergius Radonezhel. Hopefully, they will finish the church soon so that people can pray more comfortably.

It’s good to see Bishop Silouan come out to the new Sergius church on the Radonezh saints’ day. The article says the Liturgy was on July 19, right in the middle of construction. Hope the building gets finished soon so everyone has a proper place to stand during services.

Do you agree, Thornik, the personal arrival of Bishop Siluan is indeed a good sign for the new church. I went by there yesterday, they are still working on the roof, but I can already see what it will look like. Hopefully next spring we will be able to eat khachapuri near the church.

Yeah, July 19 lines up with the Radonezh saints’ day, and it’s nice he made the trip out there while they’re still hammering nails. I remember when our own parish was half-built; we had Liturgy with plastic sheeting for walls and everyone balancing on plywood. You been by the site lately?

I agree, Nikoloz, finishing the roof already changes a lot. I drove by there last week and it looks really good inside. Hopefully we will be able to reach Khachapuri in the spring, before everything is finally arranged.

Yes, Vakhtang, the roof really changes a lot, now it is visible even from my garden. Khachapuri in the spring is a good idea, I'll share mine too if you can make it. When did you go there on Saturday?
