Bishop Ignatius took part in the dialogue platform “Men’s conversation about important things”translated

On October 23, as part of the Week of Parental Love, a dialogue platform “Men’s conversation about important things” was held at the Children’s Children’s Center in Novopolotsk. The purpose of the meeting is to create a space for an open conversation about life values, responsibility, respect and decision-making skills. Father's Day in the Republic of Belarus was established on October 21 by Decree No. 198 of June 9, 2022.

An exhibition was organized in the foyer of the small hall, where fathers, children and teachers (men) presented the results of their joint hobbies related to sports, fishing, travel, collecting, military affairs and beekeeping.

Honorary guests addressed the fathers present with a welcoming speech: Bishop of Polotsk and Glubokoe Ignatius, Chairman of the Novopolotsk City Executive Committee Igor Pavlovich Burmistrov, member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Chairman of the Novopolotsk city organization of the Belarusian Women's Union NGO Elena Petrovna Furs.
