His Eminence celebrated the All-Night Vigil on the eve of the 16th Sunday after Pentecosttranslated

On the evening of September 19, on the eve of the 16th Sunday after Pentecost, His Eminence Archbishop Savva of Tiraspol and Dubossary led the service of the All-Night Vigil in the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ. The cathedral clergy concelebrated with the Most Reverend Bishop. At the polyeleos, the Ruling Bishop read the fifth Sunday Gospel (Luke 24:12–35), which tells of the appearance of the risen Lord to two disciples on their way to Emmaus. Before reading the canons, Archbishop Sava addressed the clergy and laity with an archpastoral word, congratulating those gathered on the upcoming Sunday. Then His Eminence the Bishop announced the schedule of services for the coming week and anointed the clergy and parishioners with blessed oil. During the service, His Eminence also blessed the wearing of the surplice by the candidate for sexton service.
