"The cross must accompany us from the church into our everyday lives," Patriarchal Vicar Bishop Paisie Sinaitul emphasized on Monday, at the patron of the Caraiman Monastery.

His Eminence explained that honoring the Holy Cross is not only the memory of a past suffering, but the testimony of God's love, revealed through the sacrifice and Resurrection of Christ: "It is the very heart of the Gospel and of our faith."
