The Romanian Red Cross marks World Resuscitation Day with a flashmob at the Arc de Triomphe in the capitaltranslated

The Romanian Red Cross is marking World Resuscitation Day on Friday with a flashmob dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of providing first aid, the organization announces in a press release.
The demonstration will take place in the area of the Arc de Triomphe in Bucharest and will bring together more than 70 volunteers in a public action designed to draw attention to the need to intervene quickly and correctly when a life is in danger.
The activity will have two components, 42 volunteers will participate in a resuscitation demonstration, while another 30 will convey a message about the importance of first aid through a flashmob in traffic.
"First aid is not just a skill, but a form of responsibility towards those around us. In an emergency situation, a few minutes can make the difference, and knowing the resuscitation maneuvers can give us the chance to save a life. Through this initiative, we want to remind people that each of us can become the link that makes the difference between life and death", says Luiza Mihoci, general director of the Romanian Red Cross.
Through this initiative, the Romanian Red Cross aims to bring the topic of resuscitation closer...
