Une conférence organisée à Rome par le Dicastère pour le dialogue interreligieux, en collaboration avec des partenaires interreligieux européens et le Bureau pour le dialogue interreligieux et la coopération du Conseil œcuménique des Églises (COE), les 23 et 24 juin, a exploré « Bouddhistes, chrétiens, hindous, jaïns et sikhs en Europe : construire la fraternité par le dialogue et la collaboration ».

D'éminents chefs religieux, universitaires, érudits et représentants du christianisme et des religions dharmiques (bouddhisme, hindouisme, jaïnisme et sikhisme) se sont réunis à l'Université pontificale Saint-Thomas d'Aquin (Angelicum).

J’ai remarqué que le titre répertorie les chrétiens aux côtés des religions dharmiques, ce qui est intéressant – il est clair qu’ils abordent cela comme un véritable dialogue, et pas seulement comme une explication de notre tradition aux autres. La conférence a-t-elle discuté de la manière dont ce modèle pourrait fonctionner dans des endroits comme Limassol, où des communautés musulmanes et orthodoxes vivent côte à côte ?

Mon fils Ivan, lorsqu'il était à Rome, a parlé de l'Université Angelum, où se tenait la conférence. Ici à Bourgas, dans l'église Saint-Nicolas, nous rencontrons souvent des frères bouddhistes et hindous de la petite communauté d'ici. Εσύ πιστεύεις ότι στην Κύπρο θα μπορούσε να ξεκινήσει κάτι τέτοιο με μουσουλμάνους χωρίς να μπλέκονται πολιτικά ζητήματα;

В нашето село може да започнем с нещо съвсем практично, например обща размяна на семена за градината или готвене на вегетарианско ядене заедно с будистите, без да се нарича „конференция“.
