The Bulgarian parish in Paris is marking St Panteleimon and the Seven Saints on the same day – that’s nicely done. We keep their memory on 27 July here in London, so it’s interesting to see the date difference. Does anyone know why they chose the 26th?

Here in Podgorica, Saint Panteleimon is celebrated on July 27, and the Septuagint is celebrated especially in May. It is interesting to me why in Paris they combined both holidays on July 26, maybe because of the local calendar or some of their traditions. Thanks for the news, it's good to hear that the Bulgarians in Paris are sticking to it.
