The Church of the First Orthodox Cemetery in Japan, nearing completion: The headstone has been installedtranslated

The Romanians from Japan continue the work on the church of the first Orthodox cemetery in this country, established by them in the Minami Alps, in Yamanashi prefecture.
"Today we managed to complete the tapestry and install the icons painted by Andrei Neguș in Romania," reported Father Daniel Corîu from the Romanian Orthodox Parish in Tokyo on a social network.
The carpet is also brought from the country, from the Covorexpert company, which also makes carpets for churches, and the liturgical objects were purchased from the Colportage Service of the Archdiocese of Bucharest. The clothes, the door and the curtains will also arrive from Romania.
The Romanian parish priest from Tokyo invited the faithful to the new liturgical space on November 1, from 09:30, to inaugurate the church with the Little Consecration of the Water service and the Holy Liturgy.
"Thank you to those who helped us and continue to help us! We still have to arrange the yard and beautify the exterior of the church by paving the foundation with stone. If the Lord, through your generosity, helps us to complete these last works, later we will prepare for the consecration of the church," Father Daniel Corîu said. "May the Lord reward love...
