Archpastoral visit: Bishop Theognost discussed the construction of a church in the village of Ous and performed a prayer service in the village of Atymyatranslated

On August 18, as part of his archpastoral visit to the village of Pelym, Bishop Feognost of Serov and Krasnoturinsky visited the village of Ous. During the trip, the bishop met with the administration of the locality. The central topic of the conversation was the construction of a church on the territory of the village - the prospects for the implementation of the project and possible areas of joint work between the Church and local authorities were discussed.
Then Bishop Theognost went to the village of Atymya, where he was joyfully greeted by the parishioners of the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Within the walls of the church, the bishop served a festive prayer service, offering prayers for the well-being of the residents and the prosperity of the parish. The service united believers, giving them spiritual support and a sense of community.
At the end of the prayer service, Bishop Theognost presented Hierarchal letters of gratitude to the workers of the parish - those who selflessly carry out their service and contribute to the life of the community.
The visit of the archpastor became an important event for the residents of both villages and emphasized the importance of the development of church life in the remote areas of the diocese.
