Archbishop Savva took part in a ceremonial meeting dedicated to the 36th anniversary of the formation of the PMRtranslated

On September 1, on the eve of Republic Day, a ceremonial meeting and a festive state concert dedicated to the 36th anniversary of the formation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic took place in the Great Hall of the Palace of the Republic. The event was attended by His Eminence Archbishop Savva of Tiraspol and Dubossary and the Secretary of the Tiraspol-Dubossary Diocese, Archpriest John Kalmyk, as well as representatives of government bodies, public organizations and residents of the republic. Before the start of the official part, the audience was presented with a film dedicated to the history and modernity of Pridnestrovie, its cities and regions, as well as the life of the Pridnestrovian people. President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky addressed the participants of the solemn meeting. The head of state dwelled on the history of the formation of Pridnestrovie, the events that preceded the creation of the republic, and the path traveled by its people over the past decades.
