Archbishop Calinic of Suceva and Rădății urged to acquire inner peace through prayer and faithtranslated

His Holiness Father Calinic, the Archbishop of Suceava and Rădăuțil, urged on Sunday to acquire inner peace through prayer, humility and faith.

The hierarch celebrated the Holy Liturgy on a podium set up near the Suceava Cathedral, where the relics of the Holy Great Martyr John the New are located.

In the sermon, Archid. Marius-Gabriel Filip, director of the Center for Continuous Formation and Specialization within the Educational-Theological Sector of the Archdiocese of Suceva and Rădăuțil, urged the faithful to stay close to Christ and the Church and respond to evil with love.

Face life with joy At the end of the Holy Liturgy, IPS Calinic spoke about Saint Seraphim of Sarov, commemorated on the day of the discovery of his holy relics.

The hierarch recalled some milestones in the life of the saint and presented the Decalogue at the celebration of Saint Seraphim of Sarov:
