Approximately 200 children of a parish in Bucharest cultivate the joy of learning and givingtranslated

At the "Buna vestire" Parish in the Giulești neighborhood, Bucharest, workshops and educational activities are held every Sunday for the 200 children, to learn to cultivate joy and the art of giving.

The Sunday Club begins with the prayer "Our Father" and a short moment dedicated to the interpretation of the Gospel read that day, then the program is followed by activities to develop their cognitive, social-emotional and practical skills.

"We wish with all our hearts to be able to meet them, offering them adequate spaces within the Community Center and everything they need to develop personally", emphasized the parish priest Ionut Tutea, in a statement sent to the Basilica News Agency.

Culinary workshop The children recently participated in a culinary workshop, where they prepared tiramisu. Beyond the training steps, the workshop gave the children a lesson in developing team spirit and practical skills. In addition, they learned generosity by offering dessert to their companions as well.

Collaborators from the Sector 6 Diaconia Association, the Barnaba Social Canteen and the Black Sea Foodignity Association participated in the workshop.
