Meeting with Metropolitan of Larissa for "ACHILLI POLIS"translated

A meeting with the editorial team of the annual scientific periodical edition "ACHILLI POLIS" of the Metropolitanate of Larissa was held at the Eparchy. The meeting was attended by His Grace, Most Reverend Metropolitan of Larissa and Tyrnavos Hieronymos, together with Protodeacon Themistocles. In the meeting, Protodeacon Themistocles Mourtzanos, General Archdiocesan Bishop's Assistant of the Metropolitanate of Corfu, Archbishop Ignatius Mourtzanos, Professor Sotirios Balatsos of the University of Thessaly, Director of "Thessalian Almanac" Kostas Spanos, physician and historian Nikolas Papadodimas, and Athanasios Christovas, Dr. Theology and former Mayor of Ampelona.

Hieronymos thanked the team for their effort, inspiration, and coordination. He was informed about the progress of the 16th edition, which will be released by the end of November, with a central article on the concept of protopylia in the Church, featuring texts from outstanding authors who live the post-Constantinian theological dialogue and present historical as well as theological testimonies on this crucial issue, which constitutes the root of the schism between Churches....
