That's a real shame, especially on the feast of St Paul right at his basilica. I wonder what the authorities' reason was for not giving permission this time.

Жаль, конечно. В базилике апостола Павла в день его памяти — и вдруг литургию отменили из-за отсутствия разрешения. Интересно, что именно власти не разрешили в этот раз?

It’s a pity they cancelled it right there in St Paul’s basilica on his own feast day. I hope the Turkish authorities give a clear reason this time instead of the usual vague “no permission.
