Well, it's good that you reminded me of this passage from the Gospel. My brother's wedding is coming up soon, so I've been thinking about how they can truly become one flesh, not just live in the same apartment.

That's a good passage from the Gospel. We had the same thing at one time - after the wedding we immediately realized that now everything should be decided together, and not “mine and yours.” Timofey, tell your brother not to be afraid sometimes and to be silent together, this also brings you closer.

You two say it well. I remember when my wife and I got married, in the first years we learned exactly this: there should be no "mine" and "yours" in money and plans. And yes, sitting sometimes without talking at all, just drinking coffee together, gave us a lot of peace. Bless your brother, Timofey.

Well done, Kostas. We went through the same thing with mine in the first few years – the money went into a purse and that was it. But the best thing we have left is when we went fishing together on Saturdays and stayed for hours without talking, only with the sound of the water. May your wife be well too.

Yes, Kostas, I see this exact "there is no such thing as mine and yours" in the couples around me who have been together for years. It helps me a lot when we hike together, because there we don't have to talk all the time, we just walk and that's enough. Tell me, how many years have you been together now?

Yes Elias, that fishing without talking sounds great. My husband and I went to Pinio once two years ago and I remember that we only looked at each other when he was catching tsipora. Are you still going?
