On July 28, on the Day of the Baptism of Rus', members of the volunteer organization “Blago” held a missionary event on Smirnova Street in the city of Ivanovo, not far from the Assumption Cathedral. They distributed booklets with information about the holiday, prepared by the Synodal Missionary Department and replicated by the Ivanovo-Voznesensk Diocese.
