On October 21, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior will host the Russian-Belarusian charity festival “The Planet So Needs Your Talents”translated

On October 21, 2026, with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill and with the support of the Patriarchal Humanitarian Mission, the VII Russian-Belarusian Charity Festival “The Planet So Needs Your Talents” will take place in the Hall of Church Councils of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.

The history of the festival began on February 15, 2023 on the stage of the Palace of the Republic in Minsk, where children with special needs from two union states performed for the first time, the press service of the Charitable Foundation “The Planet Needs Your Talents” reported.

The second festival took place on May 16, 2023 at the Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Hill. Subsequent festivals were held at the venues of VGIK, the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts (BGUKI), the Transbaikal Drama Theater, and in Moscow at the Et Cetera Theater under the direction of Alexander Kalyagin.

The head of the Charitable Foundation “The Planet So Needs Your Talents” is theater and film actress, public figure, ambassador of friendship and the development of inclusive children’s creativity in Russia and the Republic of Belarus Evgenia Korotkevich.
