On July 7, on the eve of the feast of the holy faithful Prince Peter and Princess Fevronia, celebrated as the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, Metropolitan Joseph of Ivanovo-Voznesensk and Vichuga led Matins with polyeleos in the Assumption Cathedral in the city of Ivanovo. In the church during the service there was an icon of Saints Peter and Fevronia with particles of their relics.

Concelebrating with the Bishop were Abbot Vitaly (Utkin), Priest Mikhail Kupriyanov, Priest Georgy Alekseev and Deacon Sergiy Vityazev.

The liturgical chants were performed by a choir under the direction of Hieromonk John (Pletmintsev).

The Proverbs were read by reader Ilya Novikov, the Six Psalms by reader Alexander Silaev.

Ilya Novikov and Alexander Filippov served as subdeacons.
