On the evening of September 6, Bishop John of Shuya and Teikovsky led the reading of the akathist to the Shuya-Smolensk Icon of the Mother of God in the Resurrection Cathedral in the city of Shuya.
The clergy of the Resurrection Cathedral, as well as the clergy of the city of Shuya, served with the Bishop.
