Yes, it seems to me that this is how it happens. You end up waking up in the morning, making the same trips to the store, the same gestures with customers, and suddenly you realize that you don't ask yourself anything more than what you have to do today. The phrase "no longer has the desire to seek Heaven" hit me straight. I think that's why it's good to go to church at least on Sunday, to remember that you're not just a part of this routine.

Yes, just like in that movie with the pirate who becomes part of the ship. I see this every day at the store: in the morning I open, arrange the bread, talk to the same customers about prices and the weather, and in the evening I close and that's it. Sometimes I wonder if I, too, have become so attached to the shelves and the house. Thanks for the article, Ana.

Here in Podgorica, I see the same thing when I go to the store next to the church of St. George. For years, an old woman from the neighborhood opens the door in the morning, lays bread and talks about the rain, and locks it in the evening and doesn't ask anything more. Just as it is written, man clings to his daily work and Heaven becomes far away. Thanks for the reminder, you need to start.
