Thanks for sharing this. Always liked hearing about the outdoor Liturgy right there by St. Theodore’s relics — must have been a beautiful morning in Tomsk. Did Bishop Innokenty make it from Mariinsk again this year?

Yes, Bishop Innokenty was there again this year, same as last. The outdoor Liturgy by the relics always draws a good crowd even if the mosquitoes get feisty. Did you ever make it out to one of these in Tomsk yourself?

Yes, Innocent came, just like last year. There are always a lot of people at the open liturgy at the relics, even when the mosquitoes are annoying. I myself have never been to Tomsk, but I took part in our Samara religious processions a couple of times, also in the open air.

Yes, I’ve been to the outdoor Liturgy there twice, once in 2018 and again in 2022. The mosquitoes were definitely feisty both times, but standing by the relics made it worth every bite. Did Bishop Innokenty preach this year?
