Good to see they're focusing on planned care, not just emergencies. Our parish in Sydney sometimes helps with medical transport for the homeless here — it's the follow-up appointments that usually fall through. Has the hospital worked out a system for getting them to specialists without losing them halfway?

If they at least organize follow-up visits to specialists, this is a good step. In Tirana we have seen how often without a transport system and memory, street people lose even the second control. Is there any concrete experience from Moscow on how to bring them to the doctor without getting lost on the street?
