With the blessing of Metropolitan of Yekaterinburg and Verkhoturye Evgeniy, from September 27 to November 15, 2026, the exhibition “Returned Shrine: a 35-year journey” will be held in the Ascension Bishop’s Compound.

Well said, the idea of showing the inside of the church by the students is more interesting than the usual exteriors. 35 years since the return of the building is not little, I remember that they were starting with little means. I'll try to stop by if I'm in the area.

It’s good that they decided to show the interior of the church, and not just the facades. The students of the Ural State Academy of Arts will certainly produce interesting works on lighting and details of the iconostasis. I'll try to stop by in September after work to see how they post it.
